TOPCon Technology
Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact cells deliver high conversion efficiency with strong low-light response. Used across our SM5 range from 585W to 665W.
HJT High-Performance
Heterojunction cells combine crystalline and amorphous silicon for our flagship SM9-72HPH-730 platform, reaching up to 25.5% module efficiency.
30-Year Reliability
All modules carry a 30-year linear power guarantee with controlled annual degradation of 0.35–0.4%, ensuring long-term output confidence.
