    Silicon Ingot

    High-purity N-type monocrystalline ingots grown under controlled atmospheric conditions, qualified for low oxygen content and uniform resistivity.

  2. 02

    Wafer

    Diamond-wire slicing to 130µm thickness, followed by texturing and surface preparation. Every wafer scored for resistivity uniformity.

  3. 03

    Cell

    N-type cell processing across TOPCon and HJT lines, with EL imaging on every cell and IV-curve flash testing before module assembly.

  4. 04

    Module

    Encapsulation, framing, junction-box assembly and final flash test under controlled conditions. Each module serial-tracked from line to shipment.
